There are so many concrete block machines are in the field. Now, we are introducing the specially designed triple vibrating concrete block making machine for the high compressive strength of the block.
The last operation during the working of the machine is very very important for the strength of the concrete block. After double vibrating of the mold in the last operation (add a small quantity of the mixed raw material) hydraulic pressing by the ram and simultaneous vibrating of the ram helps to achieve a maximum compressive strength of the material.
Even though the material is the same (mixing ratio of material like cement, aggregate, sand, and water) our machine gives at least an average of 25% higher compressive strength and high finishing also than other machines.
So product (concrete block) from our machine has the global demand for its superior quality.
